Mlive recently posted an article about a Veteran business owner who is raising donations for the veterans at the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans. The article says the items help support about 500 veterans.
Just one problem with that. There are only about 200 or so veterans still in residence at this location. And the Home in the UP has an additional 125 or so at most.
So the article is a little misleading.. but here is the link to it anyways.
